Standing Up for Yourself with More Ease

Girls in Nature

One-day workshop for people who want to foster their self-confidence

With Maud Briscoe-Renaud

Join me in this one-day workshop where we will look at what is at stake in your ability to stand up for yourself so you can grow in self-confidence and act from it right now.

When we can make a stand for ourselves we are happy, but it is not easy! Indeed, as a result we may face possible negative judgment, tensions in our relationships or even conflict at times.

Sometimes, we prefer to say “Yes” and run around for others, even if it means we have little time for ourselves and we feel frustrated and disappointed because we couldn’t say “No”.

In this workshop you will:

  • Look realistically at your current ability and difficulty to stand up for yourself

  • Understand why you can't stand up for yourself

  • Clarify the conditions for growing in self-confidence

  • Look for possible sapping beliefs and tap in the power of your mind

  • Strengthen your ability and self-confidence to affirm yourself

  • Super-charge your motivation to make a stand for yourself in your life from now on

Why you may want to take this workshop:

  • You want to be able to make a stand for yourself without being unsettled by people’s judgment

  • You want to stop feeling down regularly because you struggle to make your life the way you really want it

  • You want to feel more confident in saying No to people so as to stop spending a lot of time running around for others and start having more time for yourself

  • You want to feel confident standing up for your truth rather than sometimes feel a “fraud” or “fake”

  • You want to feel strong enough to stop turning to unhealthy habits when you are trying to make yourself feel better and more confident about your life

  • You want to feel less sensitive and tense when faced with any kind of conflict or negative judgment directed towards you
